Feelings of the festive season arise again this evening. Mulled wine and mince pies around an open fire and carols playing softly in the background.
Trees decorated with a table decoration here and there. People chatting happily in the cosy atmosphere. Again, I find myself feeling the the joy of the season. Relaxed, contented and assured that this season is being together either with friends or family. Happily exchanging their own stories and past times. Laughing and forgetting the hum drum all around the world.
Peace on earth and good will to all men. Surely that is the reason for the season.
